S-Track
The S-track design of the Infinity IT-8500 Plus massage chair matches the natural shape of your spine in order to hit all your areas of tension and properly realign your body from your neck down to your lumbar region.
Quad Style Roller
The Infinity IT-8500 Plus massage chair comes equipped with a quad style massage roller with a 30″ track length that can massage your lower lumbar area all the way to your neck. This will accommodate people from 5’1″ to 6’4″ in height, and the three width adjustments will fit most body styles. The Quad Style roller means there are a total of four massage heads to emulate human hands. As the roller moves up and down along your back, it follows the S shape curve of your spine for an accurate and precise massage with six adjustable speeds to customize your massage.
Body Scan Technology
The Infinity IT-8500 Plus comes standard with extensive body scan technology. This system scans your body to pinpoint the shape of your spine and the location of the curves. This type of technology allows the massage chair to become more versatile and be able to massage most body types and sizes.
Zero Gravity Recline
The position of Zero Gravity was first developed by NASA to relieve compression and tension along the spine during launch. Infinity incorporates this same science into the Infinity IT-8500 plus massage chair with two settings of Zero Gravity. The massage chair will recline while your legs will rise to bring your legs to about the level of your heart. This will promote deeper breathing and further relaxation and allow the massage rollers to you with a deeper massage.
Air Compression Massage
The Infinity IT-8500 plus has a total of 38 airbags that are located in the arms & shoulders, leg & foot, neck & back, and buttocks. The airbags inflate and deflate to offer a comprehensive full body massage with five levels of intensity adjustments.

There are 7 automatic programs to choose from with the Infinity IT-8500 plus massage chair. Choose from Sports Refresh, Extension, Rest & Sleep, Working Relief, Neck & Shoulder, Waist & Spine, and Demo.
Decompression Stretch
Inspired by Thai massage, the Extension Programs offers strong kneading and stretching functions that effectively decompress the entire body.
Waist & Spine
The Waist & Spine Program offers a spinal correction feature that uses powerful stretching techniques to extend and decompress your spine in order to relieve back pain. As an alternative, the IT-8500 Plus also provides waist twisting, which is a milder option for back pain relief.
Reflexology Foot Rollers
There are three massage rollers on each side with three different levels of speed to tailor the massage to your needs. These rollers target the acupoints on the bottom of your feet to provide great reflexology and deep tissue massage on the soles of your feet.
Lumbar Heat
A heating element is located in the lumbar area of the Infinity IT-8500 massage chair. The heat will loosen up the muscle tissue which will relax any tightened and sore muscles and will also allow for a better and deeper massage.
Bluetooth Speakers
Immersive speakers located in the headrest connect to Apple or Android devices via Bluetooth, allowing you to enjoy music, guided meditations, ambient soundscapes, and any other form of audio to enhance the mental experience of your massage.

Complete Care Warranty Period
For In – Home service, Infinity Massage Chairs will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary, to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer’s residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Infinity Massage Chairs may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Infinity Massage Chairs is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage.
Any repairs needed during the 3-year parts warranty coverage, Infinity Massage Chairs will provide covered parts at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame, in addition to any wood structure that may exist. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Infinity Massage Chairs, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. Field Service is only available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by Infinity Massage Chairs-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.
